Single Room Reservations
In the event of a cancellation received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival there will be no charge. If you must cancel a reservation on short notice (less than 7 days), we will make every effort to resell the room for the period you reserved. Should we be able to resell the room you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Should your reservation fail to resell, you are responsible for any balance due for the entire reservation. That amount will be charged to your account.
Multiple Room Reservations
In the event of a cancellation of any part of the reservation, or, the entire reservation, received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit, if any, will be adjusted or refunded, minus a $50 service charge. If you must cancel or change a reservation on short notice (less than 30 days), we will make every effort to resell the rooms for the period you reserved. Should we be able to resell any or all of the rooms, your deposit will be adjusted accordingly and refunded, minus a $50 service charge. Should your rooms fail to resell, your deposit is forfeited and the full balance due for the entire reservation will be charged to your account.
FOR OUR GUEST'S COMFORT AND SAFETY
• The INN and the grounds are non-smoking.
• Well mannered children of school age are welcome. Please inquire prior to booking.
• Guests with pets may be accommodated. Please inquire prior to booking.
• Rooms are furnished to accommodate two guests. We cannot add cots or roll-away
beds to guest rooms.
A confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address provided to us when you reserve your room. Please read it carefully to assure yourself it is accurate and what you intended to reserve.
