​•  Guests with pets may be accommodated by prior arrangement. Please inquire.
​•  Rooms are furnished to accommodate two guests. We cannot add cots or roll-away
    beds to guest rooms.

​​CONFIRMATION
A deposit of one night's fee is required to confirm your reservation.   The balance due will be charged to your credit card on the day of your arrival.​

CANCELLATIONS

Any change in a reservation, or cancellation, must be made in writing. Use the email link HERE to contact us.

Single Room Reservations

In the event of a cancellation received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 service charge. If you must cancel a reservation on short notice (less than 14 days), we will make every effort to resell the room for the period you reserved. Should we be able to resell the room, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $20 service charge. Should your room fail to resell, your deposit is forfeited and the full balance due for the  entire reservation will be charged to your account.

Multiple Room Reservations

In the event of a cancellation of any part of the reservation, or, the entire reservation, received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit will be adjusted or refunded, minus a $50 service charge. If you must cancel or change a reservation on short notice (less than 30 days), we will make every effort to resell the rooms for the period you reserved. Should we be able to resell any or all of the rooms, your deposit will be adjusted accordingly and refunded, minus a $50 service charge. Should your rooms fail to resell, your deposit is forfeited and the full balance due for the  entire reservation will be charged to your account.
