Heading out on a run or an early bike ride?

Coffee and tea, along with baked goods warm from the oven, are available first thing in the morning. 

Typical breakfast menus include...

  • Fresh fruit starter course
  • Nid d'Oeuf (Eggs in a nest, French style).
  • French toast towers infused with berries.
  • Dutch Baby Pancakes topped with lemon, powdered sugar and berries
  • Homemade granola
  • Steel-cut oats simmered overnight

 heck in Wednesday or Thursday and  join our Friday morning class. We prepare at least one of the Inn specialties every week with emphasis on the favorites of our guests. Scones, English muffins, kuchen, fruit breads, and our specialty, yeast dough treats.

We start in the kitchen with coffee and a light breakfast. We’ll go over the recipe and ingredients and learn a bit of baking history. It’s then down to work… this is not an “observation class”… you will do the baking and reap the reward.
